Chicken Stir Fry
- 4 chicken breast, cut into strip
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Frozen Stir Fry Veggie Mix bag
(Can find? Just get a mixture of whatever veggies you cant in your stir fry) - Organic Olive Oil
Heat a nonstick skillet coated with Organic olive-oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and soy sauce let saute until the chicken is almost done then add mixed veggies and for about 3 to 4 minutes.
I served my Stir fry over brown rice!
